Complaint Policy
§1 General Rules
1. Customers may file a complaint if the product is defective or inconsistent with the contract.
2. Complaints must be submitted within 2 years from the date of delivery.
§2 Complaint Procedure
1. Complaints should be submitted in writing or via email to: support@montires.com
2. The complaint should include:
• Customer’s name and surname
• Order number
• Description of the defect
• Customer’s request (exchange, repair, price reduction, withdrawal)
3. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.
§3 Liability
1. If the complaint is accepted, the buyer covers the cost of returning the product.
2. If rejected, the customer will be informed of the reasons.
